Robert served in the Army as an Infantryman for over a decade, having served in positions varying from Sniper to Drill Sergeant. Fitness has always been a staple in his life. He left college baseball to join the Army where he also qualified as a Master Fitness Trainer. Robert’s favorite lift/exercise is a toss-up between the deadlift and the “front leaning rest position”… The push-up. Robert is an avid powerlifter. He loves helping others achieve their goals and is leadership driven. His motto is “lead from the front.”
