My name is Kyle Dean, head trainer of Dynamic Health and Fitness West Columbia. I graduated in 2015 with an Exercise Science degree from the University of South Carolina, with a focus on kettlebell and mobility training at K.O.R.E. Wellness. In August of 2016, I moved to San Diego, California to begin my career in health & fitness. Within months of living there, I became an assistant manager and certified personal trainer for Fit Body Boot Camp, a nationally-recognized boot camp franchise. During my time there, I honed my metabolic conditioning skills as well as learned some of the inner workings of the fitness industry. When January of 2017 rolled around, I had the pleasure of attending a National Council on Strength & Fitness workshop in La Mesa, California, through which I became a nationally certified personal trainer. One month later, I received a phone call from Dynamic Health and Fitness in West Columbia, and the rest was history. Since joining the awesome staff of Dynamic Health and Fitness, I have become certified in performing the Functional Movement Screen, a nationally-recognized movement assessment designed to address as well as correct mobility/motor control issues and asymmetries. To conclude, I have been with this company for a little over a year now, and I don’t anticipate going anywhere else anytime soon. It is incredibly rare you find a workplace that actually treats you like a member of their family. I have found my family, as well as my home, here at Dynamic Health and Fitness.
