Diane is an ASFA certified personal trainer who also holds certifications (and teaches) in PIYO, Barre, & PurMotion. She specializes in HIIT & functional training, boxing, and core stabilization. Her favorite exercises include- cycling, running, completing half marathons, and any type of race. Diane likes to say
