Body Attack is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater to participants from total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and lumping with strength exercises such as pushups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Strike, punch and kick your way to greater cardio fitness with BodyCombat. 55 minute non contact, martial arts inspired fitness program that draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Unleash your inner warrior.
BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. A 60 minute total body circuit training class. It is a timed interval class that features common military staples such as Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Boot Beaters, Burpees & Pushups to name a few.
